In the spring of 1996, police in College Park, GA were summoned to an apartment for a welfare check. Inside the apartment, they found the body of a woman brutally slain, and immediately got to work trying to find her killer. However, when they finally learned who allegedly killed her... It would send them for a loop, as they could not exactly bring her killer to justice.
