In the fall of 1996, a family in a rougher Philadelphia neighborhood was on edge. Their teenage family member, who was known to be very reliable, had not returned home after school and they missed their curfew... but what their family wasn't expecting was that 48 hours after they went missing... detectives would be at their doorstep telling them that their loved one was dead... and they'd died in the most heinous way.
