In this week's episode, we will be discussing "Christmas Consumerism." We will discuss how to eliminate the stress of holiday spending, what we believe the holiday season is actually about, and how getting wrapped up (no pun intended) in all the spending can affect us and our families. The episode begins with Amma Lisa reading a column she wrote in a magazine then we will dive into the conversation while Sareena shares some statistics. We mention Christmas a lot because where we are from Christmas is the main holiday although consumerism has changed the whole point of why we come together.
