Over the years, this small but super significant word has become really popular and has been spread all over social media, especially in the coaching industry. But how can we use mindset to achieve goals in different areas of life? And how can we use it to make others achieve goals as well?

In this episode of Take Care Radio, Danny subverts the well-known idea of mindset to make it easier to understand. Applied to the coaching industry for example, mindset is the missing piece on a fitness journey that people don’t quite get it.
