Money concerns can consume your attention—but what strength, capability, and purpose has God already given you?
In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman explores Deuteronomy 8:18 through the Hebrew words koach (power and strength), asah (to do or make), and chayil (wealth, strength, or resources, according to context).
Connecting the passage with Ephesians 3:20, she encourages you to recognize God as the source of your ability and put that ability to work productively in your purpose. The message calls us to remember the Lord rather than credit our own strength for what we have.
Make it personal: What God-given capability can you put to work in your purpose this week?

What if the chaos around you did not have to determine what happens inside you?
In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman continues her study of Isaiah 26:3, exploring perfect peace through the Hebrew word shalom and the repeated phrase “peace, peace.” She examines wholeness, completeness, and well-being—and what it means to keep your mind stayed on God amid outward chaos.
Katina also explores yetser, the word translated mind, and its connection to formation, imagination, and the framework of our thoughts. Through the picture of a potter shaping clay, she invites you to examine how you construct and see reality and make room for God’s peace in your thinking.
Make it personal: What thought is letting outside chaos take up space inside you? Bring it back to God’s promise today.

In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman opens Mark 6:30–32 to explore Jesus’ invitation to His busy apostles to come away and rest. Through her own experience of exhaustion, she invites women to recognize their need for a pause, step away from distractions, and spend time with the Lord.
This Bible study explores the Greek words erēmos (desolate or solitary) and anapauō (to rest or refresh), with practical application for women balancing responsibilities, ministry, and everyday demands.

You can have the title of wife—but are your words, character, and actions reflecting the biblical role?
In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman examines the favor described in Proverbs 18:22 and the Hebrew word ratson. Connecting this passage with Ephesians 5:33, she explores respect, purpose, and what a wife contributes to her marriage.

He calls you “wifey,” but what does being a wife actually mean according to Scripture?
In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman examines Proverbs 18:22, the Hebrew word ishshah, and the distinction between a cultural nickname and a biblical marriage. Connecting Proverbs 31:10 with Genesis, she explores the character of a wife and the purpose of a suitable helper.

Being wanted and being valued are not always the same thing. Does his care for you reflect the worth God has already placed on your life?
In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman connects Proverbs 18:22 with Proverbs 31:10 and the biblical picture of a husband loving his wife as Christ loves the church. Through a personal diamond illustration, she explores what it means to recognize a woman’s value and care for her accordingly.
An excellent wife is more precious than jewels. Her worth is not determined by who wants her, who displays her, or what someone can afford. She is priceless and irreplaceable.
Scriptures: Proverbs 18:22; Proverbs 31:10; Ephesians 5:25 (ESV).

He wants to be with you—but does he take an interest in what God has called you to do?
In this episode of 2 Minute Bible Study for Women On the Go, Katina Shoni Freeman begins a study of Proverbs 18:22 and the Hebrew word matsa, translated “finds.” Through Ruth and Boaz and a personal dating experience, she challenges us to consider whether a man's interest reaches beyond attraction and financial provision to the assignment God has placed on a woman's life.
A husband should help create and maintain an environment where his wife can operate in her purpose. Does his interest in you include an interest in your assignment?
Scripture: Proverbs 18:22 (ESV). Biblical illustration: Ruth and Boaz.

You can know Scripture, serve faithfully, discern error, and endure patiently—and still fail at the one thing Christ refuses to overlook: love.
In this episode, Katina Shoni Freeman connects Paul’s marriage blueprint in Ephesians 5 with Christ’s warning to the church at Ephesus in Revelation 2:4–5. They had the doctrine, the discernment, the endurance, and the works—but they had abandoned their first love. The warning reaches beyond church activity and into covenant: knowing God’s pattern is not the same as living it.
Scripture: Revelation 2:4–5 ESV; Ephesians 5
THREE MAIN POINTS
1. God gave the church a blueprint for covenant.
Ephesians 5 reveals marriage as a living reflection of Christ’s covenant relationship with His church, with each member serving a distinct purpose and position.
2. Right doctrine and faithful work cannot replace love.
The Ephesian church labored, endured, rejected evil, and exposed false apostles, yet Christ confronted them because they had abandoned their first love.
3. Knowing the pattern is not the same as living it.
The church had already received the mystery through Paul. Christ’s correction shows that covenant must embody the love it claims to represent.
