Ever felt like a person, maybe a place, an event, situation, whatever it may be just didn't fill you up. Maybe you left feeling like it took all of your energy to be around that, or that it was more work than enjoyment.
It can be extremely hard & boundaries are not something that are super easy to just recognize and begin implementing. Even after I've been able to recognize and implement them in my own life I still have my moments of slips but I have worked to find some balance with it.
It all starts with recognizing how you are feeling, about a situation, a person, an event or as I said before, whatever it might be. If you're a people pleaser like me this may have been even more of a struggle for you.
