It's in the Constitution - every 10 years we count the number of people living in the United States and its territories. And in 2020 the U.S. Census Bureau will count us again. Find out the "ins and outs" of the 2020 Census with our guest, Gaylene Kanoyton, President, NAACP Hampton Chapter and member of the Virginia Complete Count Commission, whose mission is to "...educate, empower, and engage all communities for the purpose of ensuring that everyone who lives in the Commonwealth of Virginia is counted in the 2020 Census."
