It's no big secret that this years OMWR was cancelled by the Colorado Department of Transportation roughly 1 hour into this years event. Some riders understood, others were left with a sense of being left out in the cold with no refund or free entry to the 2021 event. We were fortunate to connect with Josh, the race director for OMWR and get some insight as to what exactly took place between race officials and CDOT, what they're strategy is for 2021, and a reasons for discounts vs. refunds.
