There were stories of people cashing in their GTA properties and moving away… many of them later returning.

With the downturn in the market the pressure is on sellers. Some buyers have responded with “low-ball” offers. There were stories of those working.

Rental prices have gone up, up, up. And many renters have responded by moving out, out, out.

Tess looks back at the stories of the year and looks longer term at pieces like Bill 23 – the Build Houses Faster Act. Is 1.5 million homes in ten years actually doable?
