North Fondy coach Dough Forsythe joins the  recently released regional and sectional assignments for the upcoming year. After a quick preview of our nationally ranked wrestlers competing at Fargo next week, we jump right into the conversation. We start with the general changes in regards to new teams and co-ops, then jump into a sectional by sectional breakdown of the major changes in each one!
