Hallaí móra fairsinge, mar a mbeadh áit do leithéidí leapacha cnaiste, atá de dhíth, a dúirt sé.
Sports halls with showers would be preferable over any other type of building, but conference and arts centers, or student accommodation, would also be welcome, says the Gormánach in his letter.
B'fhearr hallaí spóirt a bhfuil cithfholcadáin iontu thar aon chineál eile forgnimh, ach chuirfí fáilte freisin roimh ionaid chomhdhála agus ealaíon, nó árais mac léinn, arsa an Gormánach ina litir.
Despite the urgency, he nevertheless suggested that any proposed building would have to comply with fire safety regulations.
Ainneoin na práinne, thug sé le tuiscint mar sin féin nár mhór d'aon fhoirgneamh a thairgfí teacht le rialacháin sábháileachta dóiteáin.
He confirmed that the buildings would be managed by the Department of Integration in collaboration with non-governmental organisations.
Dhearbhaigh sé gurbh é an Roinn Lánpháirtíochta i gcomhar le heagraíochtaí neamhrialtasacha a bhainisteodh na foirgnimh.
