Farmer dissatisfaction - gaps in Connemara Greenway.
Míshásamh feirmeora - bearnaí i mBealach Glas Chonamara.
There are separate sections of the Green Way between Sraith Salach and Clochán in Co Galway that have not yet been completed and a farmer in the area tells Nuacht TG4 with RTÉ that he is not happy that the Green Way would be on his land.
Tá píosaí ar leith den Bhealach Glas idir Sraith Salach agus an Clochán i gCo na Gaillimhe nach bhfuil críochnaithe fós agus deir feirmeoir san áit le Nuacht TG4 le RTÉ nach bhfuil sé sásta go mbeadh an Bealach Glas ar a chuid talún.
Once built it is set to be a 72 kilometer greenway between Galway City and the north west coast of Connemara.
Nuair a bheidh sé tógtha tá sé i gcesit slí ghlas 72 ciliméadar a bheith idir Cathair na Gaillimhe agus cósta thiar-thuaidh Chonamara.
It has been many years since the County Council received planning permission for the route from Clochan to Uchter Ard - approximately 32 kilometres.
Blianta fada ó shin ó fuair Comhairle an Chontae cead pleanála don bhealach as an gClochán go hUachtar Ard - thart ar 32 ciliméadar.
But recently it has been discovered that not everyone is happy.
Ach le gairid tá sé faighte amach nach chuile dhuine atá sásta.
Gaps have been left on the Way, with no cycle and pedestrian paths built on separate patches of land.
Tá bearnaí fágtha ar an mBealach, gan slí rothaithe agus coisithe tógtha ar phaistí ar leith talún.
The owner of one of those patches of land tells the Newsroom that he loves the greenways, but that the particular road where he is, would make up half of the holding on which his cattle are.
Deir an té ar leis ceann de na paistí talún sin le Seomra na Nuachta gur breá leis na slite glasa, ach go ndéanfadh an ród ar leith san áit a bhfuil seisean dhá leith den ghabhaltas ar a bhfuil a chuid eallaigh.
He says he sought the cooperation of the County Council to find a solution but to no avail.
Deir sé gur lorg sé comhoibriú ón gComhairle Contae le theacht ar réiteach ach nach ndearna sé aon mhaith.
Darren Ó Dubhgáin will have more about that story on Nuacht TG4 at 1900.
Beidh tuilleadh faoin scéal sin ag Darren Ó Dubhgáin ar Nuacht TG4 ag 1900.
