Criticism made about lake quality

A UK environment committee has strongly criticized Stormont's failure to protect the water quality of Northern Ireland's lakes and rivers.

It was said that the appropriate resources are not in place to protect the rivers, rivers that flow into Loch Eath, which are badly polluted with blue- green algae.
