رحلة فواز العتيبي: من ريادة الأعمال إلى قيادة المستقبل

تتحدث الحلقة مع فواز العتيبي، خريج برنامج مسك قادة 2030، الذي شارك قصته الملهمة من بداياته في الرياض ودراسته في كندا ومشواره المهني بعد حصوله على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال من بيروت.

في هذه الحلقة الخاصة من "مايك القادة"، نستضيف فواز العتيبي، رائد أعمال سعودي وقائد تنفيذي نشأ على إرث عائلي في التجارة، وورث عنه روح المبادرة والانضباط، لكنه اختار أن يكتب قصته بنفسه.

ابن التاجر... وقائد التحوّل

فواز ما كان مجرد وريث لأعمال العائلة. بعد تخرجه من كندا وعودته إلى الرياض، استلم إدارة الشركات العائلية في ظل تحديات ضخمة، من غياب الخبرة إلى مقاومة التغيير من الجيل القديم. لكنه لم يستسلم. بدأ من الصفر، تعلّم من أخطائه، وخاض صراعات الإدارة، واضعًا أسس الحوكمة والانضباط المؤسسي داخل كيانات حملت اسم العائلة لعقود.

رحلة بين الأخطاء والدروس

أغلق مشروعه الأول بعد أسابيع فقط، لكنه خرج منه بدروس العمر. بالنسبة لفواز، الفشل ليس نهاية، بل اختبار للاستحقاق. تعلّم الفرق بين "الحق" و"الاستحقاق"، وبين الدعم المادي والتمكين الحقيقي. في تجربته مع الشراكات، كان الوفاء هو المحرّك الأهم—not العقود.

تحوّل نحو الابتكار

بعد سنوات من الإدارة في بيئة عائلية، اختار أن يبدأ فصلًا جديدًا في مسيرته مع شركة Kitch—واحدة من أكبر شركات المطابخ الافتراضية في المملكة. وبفكر ريادي وتجربة فريدة، ساهم في بناء منظومة تجمع العشرات من العلامات التجارية الغذائية داخل مطبخ ذكي واحد، باستخدام نفس المكونات، وأسلوب تشغيلي متقاطع.

من الوحدة إلى القيادة

البرنامج لم يكن مجرد تجربة تعليمية لفواز. "مايك القادة" شكّل نقطة تحوّل شخصية—من العزلة داخل مكتب عائلي إلى شبكة من القادة والأصدقاء الذين منحوه الثقة والانتماء. فواز اليوم أكثر مرونة، أكثر نضجًا، وأكثر إيمانًا بأن الاستماع هو أول خطوة نحو القيادة.
