The fear of not knowing the right answer is often rooted in the fear of looking “stupid” or embarrassing yourself in front of a client. It’s very common, especially when you’re first starting out.
I have good news and bad news.
The bad news? This scenario absolutely WILL happen. No matter how good you are at your job, you will eventually come across a question you don’t know the answer to.
The good news? Your client will not drop you for not knowing an answer, because NOBODY has all the answers…and nobody expects you to have them all, either.
There’s a very simple way to tackle not knowing something. Let me show you how I do it.
