On this episode Jim and Mike review Wheat Penny 1958 Bourbon from the Cleveland Whiskey Company in Cleveland Ohio. With a Mash Bill of 51% Corn, 45% Wheat and 4% Malt, this may be the one of the highest wheat contents in a bourbon we have every seen. It's is finished with toasted oak and black cherry.
