Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Amanda spent five years at The Capstone Partnership, where her main focus was on recruiting senior executives for Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development positions. Prior to Capstone, Amanda was at Morgan Stanley for seven years where she served as a Vice President and headed the Sales, Trading, and Research talent acquisition unit for both executives and campus hires.
