After winning the Moto2 World Championship in 2021 Remy Gardner lasted one season in MotoGP before finding himself without a ride in the championship, a switch to GRT Yamaha in WorldSBK followed for 2023 and in 2024 that relationship continues. A stand-in ride for Alex Rins on the Factory Yamaha M1 at Sachsenring was a shot in the arm for the Aussie and he’ll get another chance at Silverstone for the British Round of MotoGP.
