PLNT Burger is fully plant based, fast food chain that began in 2019 and quickly expanded to 16 locations all over the east coast. Their mouthwatering dishes include delicious Beyond Meat burgers, fried "chick'n" sandwiches, milk shakes, chili and more. Jonah shares how a childhood visit to an animal sanctuary changed his life forever and lead him to study food systems, work in the meat industry, become an environmental activist and eventually start PLNT Burger.
