Many people would verbally claim to believe that the Holy Spirit is fully God, but yet there is still a lot of confusion about the nature of the Holy Spirit. God exists in three co-equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each member of the Godhead is distinct and unique from each other, but they are each fully God.
