Whenever you face a challenging moment, know there's a gift deeper underneath it!
The Journey to your Goal will never be one straight line!

On days it feels so Hard- Embrace your Emotions, Cry, Moan, Release, Work with your Dark Shadow, and Integrate all of it...

And then wash Your Face, stand up & Keep Going!  Know that  Tomorrow, or at any given moment, anything, I repeat, Anything can happen over the next 24hrs!
