Bubby Orlofsky’s Matzah Brei

It’s Easy, Stupid!™

(If you do not eat gebruchts, stop here)

* Crumble 2 and a half machine matzos

* Place in strainer. Pour hot water to soften. Drain.

Mix with:

* 4 eggs

* Salt

Bake covered (this makes it easy to flip)

Bake until golden brown.

Flip when halfway baked
