This episode is with sisters Hedieh and Hasti Asadi, the founders of DEODOC, the first-ever intimates product line founded & formulated by female doctors. Hedieh and Hasti passionately created DeoDoc as a way to not only bring to market quality intimates products but also to break taboos, clear away confusion and EDUCATE. They partnered with Doctor Gunvor Ekman-Ordeber, M.D., Ph.D, professor of OBGYN who has been practicing for over 50 years and has seen it ALL to formulate all DeoDoc products since launch in order to create the safest and most effective intimate skin care formula on the market. On today's episode we get into the details of the female anatomy and all the misconceptions we have about intimate products, the hurdles they have faced starting a brand in a male-dominated industry, why they decided to not accept money from male investors in order for women to have full control of the final product, and their hope for women everywhere.
