It took me so long to release body objectification because I was willing to drink that poison just a little bit longer believing it would make me skinny. I thought I could use IT to get my desired result and THEN unsubscribe.

The truth is I never got into my dream body UNTIL I was willing to release body objectification, and it was a much different process than I expected it to be.
