238. What 30 Days Off Social Media Taught Me
In this week's episode, I’m sharing how I feel after taking 30 days off of social media and what it has taught me. I feel reborn, re-energized, reinvigorated, clear, and like I’ve finally found my authentic self again. We’re diving into all of the realizations I’ve had about life and business in the last 30 days and how you can create a sustainable business based on what brings you joy, not what anyone else is telling you that you should do on social media.

How social media and the way that the coaching industry presents itself impacted how I showed up online and diluted my own personal magic.
How highlight reel culture influenced my self-esteem.
How I plan to show up on social media when I do decide to return and where I’m going to pour my creativity into.
