We're switching it up a bit this week as Chase is taking Kelsie back to his hometown and walking through the details of the unsolved murder of Shellie Carson. Shellie was only 18 years old when she was riding her bike home from the 7/11 up the street. The next morning, she was found brutally beaten half a mile from her house in her own neighborhood.
