Working in a toxic work environment is the worst. It's hard to get out of bed in the morning when all you feel is dread for the coming day at the salon. I've been there, and I know many of you have been there too. Today we talk about all things toxic...we talk about what you can do in a toxic work environment, what you need to do if you have become toxic, and we give some advice to salon owners so they can avoid making their salon a toxic place. No one wants to work in a toxic environment, and I do believe most salon owners don't want to create a toxic environment...but yet it still happens.
