You’ll believe a man can be good. Superman is back, Lois! And this time he’s not Space Jesus. He’s a good man trying to do the best he can in a world more complicated than this hero was created to address. Still, he perseveres and inspires others to do their best too.

This version of Superman isn’t without flaws. Neither in the character nor the film. But, gosh, is it sincere. Can’t get much more punk than sincerity.
