Often when business is slow, people will say the market is saturated...and that might be true. That said, I believe saying that the market is "saturated" is usually someone just trying to find a cop-out on why their business isn't doing well. You just blame the market instead of taking ownership and realizing that, most likely, you are not marketing or building a business that people are drawn to. Michelle Nguyen, the CEO of Paris Lash Academy, entered a seemingly saturated market four years ago and found a way to grow her lash brand into a major player in the lash industry. She's accomplished something quite remarkable, and we just had to have her on our podcast to share her lash journey from solo lash artists to running one of the largest brands in the industry out of the small community of Reno, Nevada.
