Jill was a top real state  agent who had held executive and team leader positions at high-profile real estate agencies. In 2012, she decided  to found a firm of her own. She  founded RedKey Realty Leaders St. Louis. Today Redkey Realty is a brokerage that  consistently performs the market in both units and volume. The year Jill founded Redkey realty, 2012, she was also names Entrepreneur of the Year by the state of Missouri and St. Louis Chapters of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
