This is the first solo ep I have done in a while!

We had a few BIG changes last week / this week. Hazel has moved into a big bed, the clocks changes and she's dropped her day nap! All of the fun things. In this episode i'm sharing a bit about whats happened in the last couple of weeks and how we've tackled it!

Hazel is loving her toddler bed and it's been great to experience this transition myself with Hazel as I support so many families going through this but hadn't actually been through it myself yet! Can confirm - the strategy and tips work haha. Yay.
