So what's his secret to overcoming doubts, and just going for it? When so many people feel inspiration we get stalled in overanalyzing, Roger offers insight into how he's able to push forward and create a life the fills his soul and inspires all who meet him.

 

About Roger

Roger Lee is an award-nominated arts entrepreneur and an award-winning education leader. He currently serves as the first Dean of College at Philadelphia Performing Arts: A String Theory Charter School, the Founder and Owner of Roger Lee Arts, LLC (est. 2012), and the Founder and Artistic Director of Roger Lee Dance Company (est. 2012). He previously served as the Founder and Director of Roger Lee Arts Academy (2015-2017) and a freelance dance consultant, writer, judge, educator, and artist. As a freelancer, Roger served clients including Dance Magazine, Dance Studio Life Magazine, Dance/USA E-Journal, Joffrey Ballet School, Broadway Dance Center, The Rock School for Dance Education, Koresh School of Dance, Philadelphia School of Dance Arts, International Association of Blacks in Dance's Conference and Festival, Costume Gallery, and National Dance Showcase. He wrote three e-books, received over 80 book and media features, and gave a TEDx Talk about his career success.
