  • 2019 NYC multifamily market dropped 40% in terms of dollar volume year-over-year with all sub-markets decreasing except for Northern Manhattan 
  • Northern Manhattan was an outlier in the multifamily market due to one large institutional transaction, Brookfield Properties East Harlem Portfolio for $1.16 billion
