As we step into a brand-new year, I wanted to pause and do something a little different.

In this solo episode, I’m reflecting on 2025 — the highs, the lows, the lessons, and the moments that stretched me both personally and professionally. I’m sharing what worked, what challenged me, and how those experiences shaped the clarity I’m stepping into for 2026.

I also take time to revisit the mission behind Metabolic Fix,  why this work matters, who I’m here to serve, and what I believe sustainable health, fat loss, and longevity truly require (especially for women 35+ who are done with extremes).
