A Niagara Falls man who did 24 years in prison for arson back in the 80’s was more recently linked to a series of fires in Oct 2022. Niagara Falls police have confirmed that Joseph M. Gaines, 59, has also been charged in connection with the fires. But it turns out Mr. Gaines has been playing with fire for a long time...This episode is about an arsonist, therefore its fire.
