On this episode, our good friends, Josh & Adam Bigelsen, founders of the Bigelsen Academy, bring their own decades of learning through observation of what constitutes 'health', and why it eludes so many.

The Bigelsen's have developed a course based on their father's book entitled "Doctors Are More Harmful Than Germs", and some forty years of experience in their clinics with patients. This book talks about the hidden side of healthcare. The idea that surgery can be hazardous to your health, and how to avoid it is an important theme in this book.

The course highlights how Western medicine has become more disease management than anything else. You will understand very clearly how most common medical practices are actually the cause of many chronic, long-term health problems. They will discuss the idea that effective medical therapy must allow the body to go through a true process of healing and not simply suppress the symptoms that serve as warning flags.
