We interviewed Dr. Hardeep Kataria, an optometrist and advocate for female empowerment, on the presence of gender bias and sexism within the health care profession and workplace. We discuss methods for women to address and manage the situation when it occurs, and how we can educate others to prevent this from happening in the future.
