One of the powerful things about this talk was discussing the importance of preparation to the psychedelic integration process and Erin brought up something that I also work with - that preparation is not only your set and setting, but also the skillset that you bring to the experience. What are the tools and resources you have to support yourself? Erin describes it as having a backpack, and I hope this episode inspires you to think about what's in your backpack and maybe go out and put some new things in it like breathwork and meditation.
