This week we discuss why your confidence can stay low even when you have left a toxic work environment or boss.  Sometimes client's come to me because they know their last working environment left their confidence really low and they want to re-build it, sometimes it comes out during the coaching that there was this one person, or this one place where they felt their confidence diminish. The good news is your confidence can be rebuilt after working somewhere toxic, but first you have to know what's maintaining the low confidence to know how you can fix it.
