As each new year rolls around, I reflect on what the new year will bring.  What skills do I need to continue to develop, and what are my goals for the coming year?  As I age (of course, I’m still 39…lol), I realize how many blind spots I have and how much I still get excited about what I will learn. 

 

This quote hit a cord with me.  I truly live my life from the perspective of adding value and making a difference in the world around me.  Can you imagine if we all approached life from a place of giving and growing?  WOW, magic happens!
