278: Bringing Humanity Back to Conversations: Dr. Karen Rigamonti

Dr. Karen Rigamonti brings passion and compassion to every conversation. She is an advocate, speaker, and consultant with a background in human ecology, anesthesiology, and internal medicine. In addition to her medical degree, she has master’s degrees in business administration and public health and serves on numerous nonprofit boards. Dr. Rigamonti worked for several years as a consultant for a nonprofit health organization in Saudi Arabia, where she led workshops and used her coaching skills to bring compassion into difficult conversations. While there, she also worked as a fierce advocate for young adults with disabilities. As a certified coach, Dr. Karen brings a healthier perspective to any conversation and helps shift mindset. I know you will appreciate her charisma and inspiration in today’s episode.
