The Grand Finale!

Mama Sareena finishes up her birth story with Amma Lisa and Midwife Sharon! While also getting into the topic of mastitis and clogged ducts because postpartum is a whole other journey that has its ups and downs.

Our mission was to educate and empower mothers walking into labor and delivery. We are all entitled to have the birth experience we want and it is possible when we come prepared. Remember that it is our body and our baby.
