The 'Delphi Bridge Murders' has shocked and frustrated investigators, family members, and online sleuths for the past 4 years. On February 13th, 2017, Kelsi German dropped her sister Liberty 'Libby' German and her best friend Abigail 'Abby' Williams at the Monon High Bridge. They found the girls deceased the next day a quarter mile away from the bridge, down in a ravine.
