We love it when you reach out and ask us questions and today we answer 2 questions that were asked of us. First, we discuss how to deal with client lash expectations. Often a client will ask for one thing and then later say it's not what they want. lol. Tussanee shares how she deals with clients who can sometimes be difficult to please. Next, we were asked is it true that clients who have never had lashes before sometimes can have poor retention when they start to get lashes. Great question...not one we have ever heard before and we have a pretty idea why this theory might even be true for some clients. Let us know what you think.
