A couple of weeks ago, we posted a video on Instagram where Tussanee shared how she liked to use artificial tears to keep her client's eyes happy. That didn't go over well with some lash artists and they reached out to us concerned about our best practice. We love it when lash artists disagree with us as it helps us to really think about what we do and make sure what we do is right. Having someone disagree with us is not upsetting...if anything we see it helping us to solidify our ideas or adjust them where we are wrong. In today's episode, both of these things happened. While we still recommend that you take care of your clients with saline and artificial tears, we did learn some new things about insurance that was very interesting.
