The truth is Nature is a dumpster Fire.. The World & Universe is unkind, unforgiving, violent and totally out of our control.

What can we each do to live our lives in accordance with the nature of things? To remove our stress and anxiety and to come through difficult times with a different perspective. To be truly Happy on our own regardless of external circumstances.

Each of us have a deeper self we neglect. The parts of us that we dislike. Maybe its a tendency to quit too early or not follow through, maybe its trouble with trust. whatever it is, We have to embrace those parts and engage them to improve ourselves and learn to love those parts to change them.

Back from the Mountains!

Thanks for the patience everyone!! We're back to the Podcast every Tuesday, I waited this week to upload the show for the 4th of July weekend. 

This week I'm highlighting just a hint of the resolve Benjamin Franklin possessed, Not only as a Founding Father, an Abolitionist, a Scientist, writer, Humorist, and so much more. He envisioned an America that was held up by a backbone of Moral Character, self betterment and unity. 

I highlight one of his exercises that I use Daily. Its amazing how all of this and all of us are connected.

During times of hardship and unrest, it's important to look back on other times like these where we as people got better. We may not get it all right but progress and growth and understanding each other as brothers and sisters and realizing were just temporary visitors on this little blue marble. We've got to talk care of each other on a community level and teach our children to be better.

Times are weird right now. Other people are making decisions on peoples businesses and livelihood.
