Pinocchio arriva all’isola delle «Api industriose» e ritrova la Fata.

Pinocchio, animato dalla speranza di arrivare in tempo a dare aiuto al suo povero babbo, nuotò tutta quanta la notte.

Pinocchio: In questa serie di podcast torneremo bambini. Vi leggerò il libro di Pinocchio in italiano e nella versione originale. In ogni puntata ci sarà un capitolo delle Avventure di Pinocchio. Prima della lettura vi spiegherò le parole difficili in italiano e alla fine del capitolo vi darò la traduzione di queste parole in tedesco.

La lettura vi servirá per imparare tantissimi vocaboli nuovi, la forma del passato remoto, che è molto usata nei libri, e inoltre sarà un ottimo metodo per rilassarvi mentre svolgete altri lavori a casa, oppure mentre guidate nel traffico, o potrete usarlo come lettura della buona notte per addormentarvi la sera. Buon divertimento con Pinocchio!

Buongiorno cari amici e amanti dell’italiano e benvenuti al podcast di Luisa. Prima di tutto vorrei augurarVi buon anno nuovo e speriamo che il 2022 sia un anno felice per tutti e soprattutto che si possa ritornare ad una vita normale senza pandemia.

Oggi parliamo ancora di grammatica e più precisamente del congiuntivo passato.

Per le forme e l’uso del congiuntivo presente vi ricordo che potete sentire l’episodio numero 68.

Nell’episodio 68 abbiamo detto che il congiuntivo ha quattro tempi: il congiuntivo presente, il congiuntivo passato e poi c’è il congiuntivo imperfetto e il trapassato.
Abbiamo poi visto le forme e l’uso del congiuntivo presente.

Ora vediamo il congiuntivo passato:

Quando usiamo questa forma?
La funzione del congiuntivo passato è uguale a quella del congiuntivo presente, cioè lo usiamo per descrivere opinioni o supposizioni e ipotesi personali, dubbi e probabilità.

I verbi che vogliono il congiuntivo sono perciò anche in questo caso:

per opinioni personali:
pensare, credere, supporre, immaginare

Podcast extra della Befana
Buon anno nuovo

Cari amici e amanti dell’italiano vi faccio tanti, tanti auguri di buon anno!

Speriamo che il 2022 sia un anno pieno di felicità, salute e successi per tutti.

Oggi è il 6 gennaio, il giorno dell’Epifania, ultimo giorno delle festività natalizie e infatti in italiano c’è il modo di dire: L’Epifania tutte le feste si porta via.

Da noi il 6 gennaio arriva la Befana, la vecchia, brutta, con un grande naso, vestita con una lunga gonna e un fazzoletto in testa che vola su una scopa. Porta un sacco e nella notte porta piccoli giocattoli, mandarini e noci ai bambini buoni e carbone ai bambini cattivi.

Nelle case italiane i bambini preparano le calze che la Befana nella notte riempie. Oggi il carbone è di zucchero.

C’è una filastrocca che tutti i bambini conoscono che dice:

„La befana vien di notte
con le scarpe tutte rotte
il cappello alla romana
viva, viva la Befana!“

Ma il 6 gennaio è il giorno che i tre Re Magi, Gaspare, Melchiorre e Baldassarre, seguendo la stella cometa, arrivano da Gesù Bambino per portargli i doni: oro, incenso e mirra.

Nella mia regione è tradizione preparare la focaccia della Befana, una focaccia leggermente dolce che si può mangiare a colazione o con il caffè del pomeriggio.

Ecco la ricetta della mia focaccia, che ho preparato proprio adesso:

Ingredienti:
Farina tipo 550 500 g
lievito di birra 42 g
latte intero 200 g
1 uovo
zucchero 100 g
burro 85 g
sale 3 g
canditi 200 g e granella di zucchero

Procedimento:
Per preparare la focaccia della Befana mettete nella ciotola di una planetaria o robot da cucina, la farina, aggiungete il lievito madre e versate il latte a filo azionando la macchina a velocità moderata.
Quando il latte sarà completamente assorbito, aggiungete anche l'uovo precedentemente sbattuto, lo zucchero e il sale.
Lavorate l'impasto per alcuni minuti, aumentando la velocità della macchina fino a portarla ad una velocità media. Aggiungete poi un piccolo pezzetto di burro e aspettate che sia ben assorbito prima di aggiungere il successivo. Continuate in questo modo fino a terminarlo.
Unite i canditi e continuate ad impastare per farli assorbire. Trasferite quindi l'impasto in una ciotola e coprite con la pellicola trasparente.
Lasciate lievitare l'impasto per una notte a temperatura ambiente, o comunque per 7-8 ore, fino al raddoppio del volume.
Mettete l’impasto in uno stampo da forno ricoperto di carta da forno e coprite con pellicola trasparente e lasciate lievitare ancora per circa due ore.
Decorate con la granella di zucchero.
Cuocete la focaccia nel ripiano centrale del forno ventilato preriscaldato a 180° per circa 20 minuti. A questo punto sfornatela, lasciatela intiepidire e servitela.

Streghe, scheletri, ragnatele, pipistrelli e zucche. Sicuramente state preparando un sacchetto di caramelle, cioccolatini e dolci per i bambini che fra poco suoneranno alla vostra porta e vi diranno “Dolcetto o scherzetto!”

È arrivata la festa di Halloween e quindi dobbiamo prepararci anche noi con questo podcast.

I bambini si travestono da fanstasmi, streghe e pirati e suonano alle porte per avere le caramelle. Questa è una tradizione che arriva dall’America, ma in realtà la festa di Halloween non è americana.
Molti credono che sia una festa irlandese che deriva da una festa molto antica chiamata “Samhain”, il capodanno celtico.
Questa festa segnava il passaggio dall’estate all’inverno e dal vecchio al nuovo anno.
Si pensava che il 31 ottobre gli spiriti dei morti potessero tornare sulla terra.

Caratteristica di questa festa è intagliare la zucca, che si chiama Jack O’Lantern.
