This show is the first in a series of episodes we think you’ll find both motivational and emblematic of why we actually started this podcast.

You’ll be introduced to Scott Wisenbaker, a man that suffered from addiction, witnessing its full impact through significant personal loss and incarceration. What makes him unique however, is that he took those experiences and used them to help change the systemically adversarial and ineffective relationships of those engaged in the war on drugs.

Learn how Scott now partners with law enforcement and corrections to provide a realistic and effective form of addiction treatment, community outreach and crime reduction.

August 24, 2023 The Silence is Deafening
Let us know what you think of this episode with a text!
After nearly a decade of activism and civil unrest ignited by the often false narratives perpetuated by the corporate media and certain activist groups, we discuss why a recent, fact-based and particularly disturbing police misconduct incident in Mississippi has not garnered the same attention and disobedience, despite having all of the earmarks needed to generate similar demands for police accountability and solutions to these issues.

While we provide no quarter for the officers and the police leaders involved in this incident, we also question the motives behind the relative silence from the usual sources of outrage.

You'll find it a great conversation about some impacts of the financial decisions that many police departments have made over the years in order to cut costs to tax payers.

Today the guys provide their thoughts on the recent unanimous policy decision presented by the City Council of Ann Arbor, Michigan, that bans their police department from conducting otherwise legal traffic stops for certain minor traffic violations.

The City Council has justified the policy based upon questionable data and statistics that claim these types of traffic stops serve only to systemically target and harass people of color.
