Jocelyn Parkhurst here! Yesterday I found out that a lump on my neck is a thyroid nodule and I will need to get a byopsi done to ensure it is not cancer. You bet my mind went wild! These nodules are fairly common with women my age, but my mind still started down the worste case scenario. So, I dove into my mental toolbox, did meditations, and worked to bring myself back to a beautiful state. This moring, I clicked on Dean Graziosi's "Secrets to Destroy Laxiness and Procrstination," perfect timing, as he talks about how fear as a belief can hold us back!

I help high-achieving women who have experienced domestic abuse relationships own their thoughts through mindset tools and spirituality.
As a domestic abuse survivor, I used high achievment as a way to gain significance and create connection. Yet, I always put others first, draining myself until I felt resentment and unfulfilled. Learning how to use mindset tools and sprituality to create new beliefs and stories -- putting myself first and giving to others from the overflow -- created confidence, self-love, and certainty that I could own my thoughts and my future.
I would love to hear what you find the most difficult in learning to find yourself and own your thoughts after domestic violence. ~ Jocelyn Parkhurst
