#30: 40-Minute Zone-Based Interval Run

In this episode, we’ll guide you through a 40-minute running workout designed to boost your endurance and fitness! The session includes a 10-minute warm-up, 20 minutes of focused interval training, and a 10-minute cool-down. The main set features 5 intervals using zones 1 through 4, helping you experience the full spectrum of training intensities.

We'll also dive into the science of zone training—why it’s such a game-changer for improving your running efficiency, building aerobic capacity, and preventing burnout.
